Leveraging Skills and Experience

Leveraging the regional skills of our experienced exploration team, Iron Creek's focus is on known mineral belts with proven potential for gold/silver/copper in northern Chile's mineral-rich Atacama Desert. Chile, the world's largest producer of copper and South America's fastest growing economy, provides an ideal climate to bring new discoveries to market. Our key strategy is to joint venture more advanced prospects where significant drilling expenditures are anticipated. We will explore early-stage prospects on our own and bring them to the stage where we can maximize shareholder value.

Long-Term Shareholder Value

Our primary goal is to become a leading explorer of both precious and base metals in Chile, thereby generating long-term, sustained value for shareholders.

Management - Our Key Asset

Iron Creek's outstanding management team provides skills and experience gained through a broad spectrum of international work at major company levels. Led by President Michael Winn, a former mining industry merchant banker and previous President of Sanu Resources Ltd., the Iron Creek team boasts a record of major discoveries in South America and Africa as well as exploration, finance and business development in a number of other countries. A key member of the team is Dr. John Davidson who has spent his career exploring in South America and who deserves much credit for the discovery of such world-class deposits as the El Penon and Fortuna silver/gold mines.

Start-up and Funding

Iron Creek completed its Qualifying Transaction in April 2008 through the acquisition of Compania Minera Mena Resources (Chile) Limitada ("Mena Chile") from Rusoro Mining Ltd. Through Mena Chile, we acquired an extensive portfolio of Chilean exploration properties. Concurrent with the closing of the acquisition of Mena Chile, we also completed a private placement of 6,500,000 units at $0.265 per unit for gross proceeds of $1,722,500.

Project Portfolio

Our principal projects are Vaquillas, Pampa Buenos Aires and Pampa Sur. Vaquillas, covering approximately 51,404 hectares in the porphyry copper belt of Northern Chile, is highly prospective for porphyry copper mineralization as well as silver and gold. At Pampa Buenos Aires, we hold an option to acquire a 50% interest in 27,000 hectares of highly prospective ground located 15 km southwest of Yamana's El Penon and Fortuna's silver/gold mines. At Pampa Sur, located immediately south of the Pampa Buenos Aires area, we have identified several targets prospective for epithermal gold and silver mineralization.

Iron Creek's regional focus, prospective project portfolio and exceptional management offers stakeholders and potential shareholders a solid and emergent Chilean exploration company.
