Recognizing that our exploration work impacts regions, communities, individuals and the environment, Iron Creek has established a commitment to operate ethically, responsibly and with accountability. While our primary objective is to maximize returns for our shareholders, we believe no action towards this goal should be taken at the expense of social, moral or environmental considerations. Indeed, we believe long-term returns will be maximized only by integrating the best interests of all stakeholders concerned with any decision or action taken by Iron Creek. Such interests include employees, communities, local residents, suppliers and governments at all levels and of course all aspects of the environments in which we operate.
We strive to make positive, long-lasting contributions to the communities and regions in which we operate. This includes hiring local labor and staff wherever possible, involving the community in corporate actions and decisions and helping meet local social and environmental needs.
