| | | Michael Winn
Position: President, CEO and Director
Prior to joining Iron Creek, Mr. Winn was President and founder of Sanu Resources Ltd. an African-based exploration company now affiliated with the Lundin Group of Companies. He was also Director and Vice President for Corporate Development of Quest Capital Corp. a Canadian-based merchant bank, as well as a director of several resources companies operating in Canada, Latin America, Europe and Africa. Mr. Winn has worked in the mining industry since 1992, and the oil/gas industry since 1983. He completed graduate work in accounting and finance, receiving a B.S. in geology from the University of Southern California

| | | John Davidson
Position: Exploration Manager
Dr. Davidson has worked in academia and the mineral industry in Latin America for the past 35 years. His extensive knowledge of Chilean geology was instrumental in mounting successful base and precious metal exploration campaigns for Mena Resources Ltd., Barrick Chile, Cominco, Coeur, Freeport and Meridian Gold (as well as its predecessor FMC Gold). While with Meridian, Dr. Davidson was responsible for the concept and exploration team which led to the discovery of the El Penon gold/silver deposit as well as the identification and acquisition of precious metal opportunities throughout Chile and Peru. Prior to working as an exploration geologist, he was a Professor of Geology for 20 years at the University of Chile. Dr Davidson obtained his doctorate in structural geology from La Sorbonne in Paris, France.

Position: Advisor
Mr. Szotlender holds a degree in international relations and is fluent in several languages. He successfully directed Latin American affairs for many companies over the past 20 years, specializing in developing business opportunities and establishing investment relations. He was President of Mena Resources Inc. and Rusoro Mining Ltd. Currently Mr. Szotlender is involved with several public and private exploration companies including: Radius Gold Inc., Fortuna Silver Mines Inc. and Endeavour Silver Corp.

| | | Demetrius Pohl
Position: Advisor
Dr. Pohl is a geologist with more than 40 years of mineral exploration experience. Before forming Sanu Resources Ltd. in 1997, Dr. Pohl spent ten years as geologist with BHP Mineral, primarily engaged in gold and base metal exploration in Africa. He was involved in the early identification and evaluation of the Syama and Sadiola deposits in Mali, the Essakan deposit in Burkina Faso, and the Golden Pride deposit in Tanzania. Dr. Pohl's experience outside Africa includes exploration for sediment hosted base metal deposits, porphyry copper and nickel deposits as well as uranium and volcanic-hosted massive suldife deposits in Australia and South America. Dr. Pohl obtained a doctorate in geochemistry from Stanford University and speaks French, German and Spanish.
