| | | Timothy J. Beale Position: President & Director
Mr. Beale holds a Bachelor's degree in Geology from the University of London and a Master's degree in Mineral Exploration from the Royal School of Mines in London. He has over 25 years of experience in mineral exploration and development with major corporations such as BP Minerals, RTZ Corporation, Rio Tinto and Anglo American, and spent 20 years living and working in Chile, Argentina and Peru. Mr. Beale was involved in the early discovery of gold mineralisation at Lo Increible in Venezuela and copper mineralisation at the Altar project in Argentina. As a consulting geologist, he was responsible for identifying the Hochschild Group's first acquisition of an exploration property outside Peru (San Jose in Argentina; now in production). In 2001, Mr. Beale was appointed Exploration Manager for Anglo American in Peru, and later become Anglo American's General Manager for the Quellaveco copper project. In 2007 he led the local effort for a successful bid by Anglo American for the Michiquillay porphyry copper deposit in northern Peru and subsequently became General Manager of the project's operating company. In 2009, Mr. Beale moved to Canada to become Anglo American's Exploration Manager for North America. Mr. Beale joined Iron Creek Capital Corp. as President in 2010.

| | | Michael Winn Position: CEO & Director
Mr. Winn is currently President of Terrasearch Inc., a consulting company that provides investment analysis and financial services to companies operating in the oil & gas, mining and energy sectors. Prior to forming his company in 1997, Mr. Winn spent four years as an analyst for Global Resource Investments Ltd., a Southern California based brokerage firm, where he was responsible for the evaluation of emerging oil & gas and mining companies. Mr. Winn has worked in the oil & gas industry since 1983 and the mining industry since 1992, and is also a director of several companies operating in Canada, Latin America, Europe and Africa. Mr. Winn received a BSc in Geology from the University of Southern California.

| | | John Davidson Position: Exploration Manager
Dr. Davidson has 35 years' experience in academia and the mining industry. His extensive knowledge of Chilean geology was instrumental in mounting successful base and precious metal exploration campaigns for Mena Resources Ltd., Barrick Chile, Cominco, Coeur, Freeport and Meridian Gold. Dr. Davidson was responsible for the discovery of the El Peñon gold/silver deposit.

| | | Ralph Rushton Position: VP- Corporate Development
Mr. Rushton has worked in the mining industry for over 20 years, initially as a mine geologist in South Africa, and then as an exploration geologist working with Anglo American plc in the Middle East and Eastern Europe. He has a BSc in Geology from the University of Portsmouth in the UK, and an MSc in Economic Geology from the University of Alberta in Canada. Since 2002, he has focused on business development in the junior exploration and development sector working with Radius Gold, Fortuna Silver Mines, Focus Ventures and other companies under the Gold Group banner (www.goldgroup.com). He is a Director of Radius Gold Inc., Emerick Resources Corp., Wesgold Minerals Inc., and Western Pacific Resources Corp.

| | | Kevin Bales Position: CFO
Mr. Bales has 15 years of financial reporting experience in mining and information technology industries. He recently served as CFO for several public junior exploration companies with operations in Canada, the U.S., and Mexico. Mr. Bales holds a Bachelor of Management degree with a major in accounting.

Mr. Szotlender holds a degree in international relations and is fluent in several languages. He specializes in developing business opportunities and establishing investment relations. Currently Mr. Szotlender is involved with several public and private exploration companies including Radius Gold Inc., Fortuna Silver Mines Inc. and Endeavour Silver Corp.

Mr Osler owns and operates a mining consulting and retail mining equipment business, and has developed a gold mining placer property in the Yukon Territory which is currently in production. He acts as Operations Manager for several public companies.

Mr. Graham is a Professional Geologist with more than 16 years experience. He worked in Canada for Cameco Corporation, Echo Bay Mines Incorporated, Placer Dome Incorporated and overseas with the Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, Chase Resources Ltd. and Billiton Plc. Mr. Graham currently a director and officer of various other public companies and was the founding President and CEO of Tarsis.

Mr. Miles is a Chartered Accountant with a B.Sc. in geology, and has over 25 years experience in the mining and exploration industry, where he has held various positions in corporate finance. David is the CFO for a number of junior exploration companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.

| | | Demetrius Pohl Position: Advisor
Dr. Pohl is a geologist with more than 40 years of mineral exploration experience. Before forming Sanu Resources Ltd. in 1997, Dr. Pohl spent ten years as geologist with BHP Mineral, primarily engaged in gold and base metal exploration in Africa. He was involved in the early identification and evaluation of the Syama and Sadiola deposits in Mali, the Essakan deposit in Burkina Faso, and the Golden Pride deposit in Tanzania. Dr. Pohl's experience outside Africa includes exploration for sediment hosted base metal deposits, porphyry copper and nickel deposits as well as uranium and volcanic-hosted massive suldife deposits in Australia and South America. Dr. Pohl obtained a doctorate in geochemistry from Stanford University and speaks French, German and Spanish.
