Tim Beale as New President

| | July 5, 2010 - Iron Creek Capital Corp. (TSX-V: IRN) is pleased to confirm that Tim Beale has joined the Company as President effective July 1st. In this connection, the Company has granted to Mr. Beale an incentive stock option to purchase up to 500,000 common shares exercisable for five years at a price of $0.33 per share. The option will vest over three years.
As well, the Company has agreed, subject to stock exchange approval, to issue a total of 500,000 shares of the Company to Mr. Beale over a three-year period in consideration for his services to be provided as the Company's President.
